Hungry Churchyard Noms Florida

World Premiere of This Hungry Churchyard

After three wonderful staged readings throughout SoCal last year, This Hungry Churchyard (A.K.A. an Act VI, Scene I of Romeo and Juliet, A.K.A. the first scene of my These Violent Delights) is going to have its World Premiere production. The STAGE IT! Play Festival at the Center for the Performing Arts is not only giving the play a four-performance run at the end of the month, but also publishing the piece in a collection of short plays, now available on Amazon.

Phone Friend will receive a staged reading on Theatre Row in NYC with the The Alternative Theater Company in early June - it's also in the running for an Off-Broadway showcase later in the year. Whoo-hoo!

LitFest Pasadena returns May 18 and 19! Once again, Unbound Productions will be producing the "Celebratory Closing Reading" that closes the festival. I can't announce the title of the reading yet but it's going to be a ton of fun, hopefully moving/immersive reading throughout the Playhouse District.

SOCAL SPOTLIGHT: Diana of Dobson’s Thru June 3 By Cicely Hamilton Directed by Casey Stangl I can't wait to see this! The cast is incredible, and the work at Antaeus is always fantastic. When underpaid worker Diana receives an unexpected inheritance in 1908, she decides to spend it all and live like a well-born lady for one month.
